“The Seasons in Me” first appeared as a poster print at The Holy Art Gallery exhibition in Barcelona. It represents the menstrual cycle—a journey of creation, renewal, and release. Each month, women experience a cycle of growth and transformation.

This illustration will also appear on the cover of my upcoming period tracker and bullet journal, The Seasons in Me. Not only does it help you track your cycle, but it also encourages reflection on the physical and emotional shifts that come with it. Furthermore, it blends practical tools with space for creative expression, allowing you to explore both mind and body.

The menstrual cycle mirrors nature’s seasons: the growth of spring, the vibrancy of summer, the shedding of autumn, and the stillness of winter. In the same way, each phase offers an opportunity to connect with your body and emotions. Like the moon’s phases and the yin-yang symbol, our cycle represents balance. Consequently, each phase brings its own unique qualities, helping you understand your rhythm more deeply.

The period tracker helps you observe patterns in your energy, emotions, and overall well-being. Moreover, it encourages you to notice the small shifts in your body and how they affect your daily life. The bullet journal includes prompts for reflection and space for creativity. As a result, it offers a chance to explore your cycle more deeply and express your thoughts freely.

Creating this period tracker and bullet journal has been a meaningful journey for me. I combined my passion for illustration, showcased in the poster print, with my love for journaling as a tool for self-awareness. Over the years, journaling has helped me understand how my cycle influences my emotions and energy. Now, I am thrilled to share this with others.

The period tracker and bullet journal work together to encourage mindfulness and self-discovery. By observing and reflecting on your cycle, you can uncover deeper insights into your body’s natural rhythms. Tracking your cycle helps you honor your body’s wisdom and live in harmony with its flow.

Finally, I’m excited to share this project with you soon. Stay connected for updates, and prepare to begin your journey with The Seasons in Me!
