Refund and Returns Policy

Return 

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. Return and Refunds need always to be communicated before via email to hello@carlottabon.com or via WhatsApp to +39 3761513740. Please note that we do not provide confirmations of receipt. You will only receive an email from us once the return has been processed. This does not apply to limited or discounted goods. 
How to send a return:
If no delivery note was included with your order, please write the following information on a piece of paper and enclose it with your return:

– Name
– Order number
– Reason for return 
– Indicate if Replacement, Exchange or Refund  is desired.

Please note that we do not cover the costs of return shipping and your package must be sufficiently stamped. We also recommend that you keep the postal receipt for your return so that you have proof if your package does not arrive to us. The costs for sending the goods to the customer will not be refunded under any circumstances. We guarantee a refund only if all items are returned in the same condition as they were received. This means that the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (except for fitting). In addition, all tags and labels must be intact and in their original condition. If the label has been removed, an exchange is not guaranteed.
