Me and Fiona tried it out, and it was amazing! The tower was almost as tall as me. A hundred copies of my Menstrual Cycle Journals stacked together created a beautiful sight. Honestly, I felt a rush of excitement mixed with vulnerability. This is the first time my journal is going out into the world, and it feels surreal.
I’ve poured so much effort into creating each bullet journal, cycle tracker, and period tracker. Every page holds a piece of my journey, and now, it’s ready to be shared. After all, this is a project I’ve worked on for a long time. Seeing all 100 journals in front of me, I realized how real it has become.
However, alongside my excitement, there’s a bit of fear. This is the first time my work will reach so many people. But, I also know that this is part of the process. I’ve spent countless hours designing and refining the cycle tracker pages, making sure each one serves a purpose. The Menstrual Cycle Journal is not just another period tracker; it’s a tool for personal growth, reflection, and understanding. Through these journals, I hope to empower others to understand their emotions and cycles better.
Now, I feel incredibly proud to share these bullet journals with the world. Each journal represents a person’s chance to better understand their body’s rhythms. By tracking your cycle, you connect with your emotions and physical changes on a deeper level. Most importantly, you begin to see patterns in your energy and moods, which helps you feel more in control.
Even though I’m feeling vulnerable, I also know that vulnerability is part of growth. It’s time to let go of my fears and trust the journey. After all, I’ve created something meaningful. Now, I want each cycle tracker, period tracker, and bullet journal to find its way into someone’s hands and make a difference.
I’m incredibly excited, and yet, I know that this is just the beginning. The Menstrual Cycle Journal is ready to go into the world, and I can’t wait to see where it leads.
