Bullet journal.

Bullet journal for menstrual cycle awareness and structured self-reflection. I created this journal because I needed a practical way to understand my energy, emotions and monthly rhythm better.

In the photo you see me preparing my Menstrual Cycle Bullet Journal for the small shop at Padaria do Marquito in Ferrel. It’s a local bakery where many people from the Baleal area go for coffee and sourdough bread. It’s simple and local. That’s why it felt like the right place to share my work offline.

I sit at one of the tables and check every journal before placing it in the shop. I go through the pages and put a small thank you card inside. No extra packaging. Just the journal and a short note.

Bullet Journal for Menstrual Cycle Awareness

I created this Bullet journal because I wanted clarity.

For a long time, I didn’t fully understand why my mood and energy changed so much during the month. Some days I felt focused and strong. Other days I felt emotional or low in energy. When I started paying attention to my menstrual cycle, I realised these changes follow a rhythm.

This journal is built around that rhythm.

I chose a Bullet journal structure because it’s flexible. It gives guidance, but it’s not rigid. In my journal there is a theory part where I explain the different menstrual cycle phases in a clear and practical way, so you understand what is happening in your body and emotions. After that, there is space for three full months of journaling. Not just tracking symptoms, but really writing. Reflecting. Asking yourself honest questions. It’s about going deeper into your inner world and building a real dialogue with yourself.

It’s not about controlling your cycle. It’s about understanding it.

Bullet Journal with Theory and Three Months of Writing

The first part explains the four phases in a simple and structured way. You get context before you start writing. You understand why your focus shifts. Why your communication changes. Why some days feel more social and others more inward.

Then you have three months to work with it.

Three months allows you to see patterns clearly. It gives enough time to recognise repetition. You start connecting how you feel with where you are in your cycle. Instead of reacting to your emotions, you begin to understand them.

The Bullet journal format supports this because it combines structure with open space. It guides you, but it leaves room for your own process.

You can now find my Menstrual Cycle Bullet Journal at Padaria do Marquito.

I prepared each copy myself and placed them in the shop with a small thank you card inside. If you are in Ferrel, you can go there, take the Bullet journal in your hands and look through it before deciding.

This journal is not about perfection. It’s about awareness and consistency over three months.

It’s straightforward:

A Bullet journal.
A theory section that explains your cycle clearly.
Three months of structured journaling.
Space to build a deeper dialogue with yourself.

That’s it.
